Item specifications and item frames will be developed. Item writing committees will work in conjunction with the measurement experts to create measurable items. A blueprint for the tool will be created in collaboration with the Florida Center for Interactive Media. The interface for the tool will be researched and developed so that it is presented to students in a manner that is both appealing visually and audibly. The design will focus on elements that are fun and engaging while still assessing technology literacy skills and productivity.
