Prospective participants can enroll in FLSTAR either by (1) Resolution of their governing body or (2) Certificate based on authority of the entity to make investment decisions pursuant to their investment policy.
Enrollment by Resolution requires that the entity’s governing body approve the FLSTAR Resolution approving the FLSTAR Interlocal Agreement and authorizing participation in FLSTAR, completion of the Additional Party Agreement Form and a Bank Instruction Form.
Enrollment by Certificate requires completion of the Participation Certificate, copy of entity’s investment policy and a Bank Instruction Form.
